 Returns Policy

We want you to fall in love with what you have ordered, but if you haven't, we've made our returns policy as easy as possible!

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.
  • Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition.
  • For hygiene reasons Lingerie will not be accepted under the returns policy.
  • All Swimwear returns must have their hygiene seal intact.
  • We process all returns within one week of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
  • Please email thehelpfulvegan.contact@gmail.com if you believe your product is damaged or faulty.

How to return you item:

1. Please email thehelpfulvegan.contact@gmail.com in regards to your return so we know your item/s are on their way.

2. Post your item/s to PO BOX 373, Cannon Hill, QLD 4170

3. Insure that your returned parcel includes a note stating your full name, email address, order number and reason for return.

  • Don't stress! Get in touch with the customer support team and they will sort everything out for you 

I am missing an item from my order

  • We source our products from all over the world and is not uncommon for products to arrive separately and at different delivery times.

How can I track my order?

  • If you would like to track your order you can contact us at thehelpfulvegan.contact@gmail.com and we shall request a tracking code so that you can follow your order.
